Hammond RCHS1901031LG1 6U Solid-Side Rack Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep

The RCHS1901031LG1 is a 6U, 31.5 in deep solid-side rack cabinet from the RCH knock-down series, built for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control panels, labs and small IT or network setups. It accepts standard 19-inch rack equipment and ships unassembled, which makes it practical to move through doorways, up stairs and into constrained equipment rooms before assembly on site.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with a textured RAL7035 light gray powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The series is rated at 800 lb load capacity. Solid side panels enclose the equipment space, while the open frame cabinet structure accepts optional panels and doors so the configuration can be tailored for access. Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole mounting rails are supplied (four punched combo rails), together with a starter pack of 16 clip nuts and 10-32 screws. PVC non-marking feet and two lifting handles are included for mobility and surface protection.

Overall dimensions are 12.50 in (318 mm) high by 21.00 in (533 mm) wide by 31.50 in (800 mm) deep. Usable mounting space is 10.50 in (267 mm) high by 19.00 in (483 mm) wide with 30.25 in (768 mm) of usable depth, giving 6U of rack space. Shipping weight is 64 lbs (29.03 kg).

Assembly is self-squaring and uses minimal hardware. RCHS1901031LG1 is TAA compliant and manufactured in Canada, and it is USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliant, which supports government and regulated procurement. Note that this product is not designed nor intended to be wall mounted.
