Hammond RCHS1901024LG1 6U Solid-Side Rack Cabinet, 24.5 in Deep

RCHS1901024LG1 is a 6U rack cabinet with solid sides from the RCH knock-down series, built for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control systems and small IT or lab equipment. It accepts standard 19-inch rack-mount gear and ships unassembled for easier transport and handling into constrained spaces.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in RAL7035 light gray textured powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet uses a self-squaring design that assembles quickly with minimal hardware, and includes black plastic lifting handles plus PVC non-marking feet to protect finished surfaces during placement.

Overall dimensions are 12.50 in x 21.00 in x 24.50 in (318 mm x 533 mm x 622 mm), with a usable mounting area of 10.50 in high, 19.00 in wide and 23.25 in deep. Equipment mounts to two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant punched combo rails with round holes; a starter pack of 16 10-32 screws and clip nuts is included. The front opening measures 17.81 in (452 mm) with a 18.35 in (466 mm) 19-inch mounting pattern and a 10.56 in (268 mm) 6U panel height.

The open frame cabinet structure accepts optional panels and doors — a 10.50 in (6U) door is offered as RCHD1910LG1 in light gray or RCHD1910BK1 in black — and additional mounting rail pairs are available as RCHR1910. Optional caster kits are also offered for the series. RCHS1901024LG1 is manufactured in Canada, is TAA-compliant and USMCA compliant, and ships at 54 lbs.
