Hammond RCHS1901031BK1 6U Solid-Side Rack Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep

The RCHS1901031BK1 is a 6U solid-side rack cabinet from the RCH knock-down series, built for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control systems and small IT or lab equipment. It accepts standard 19-inch rack-mount gear and ships unassembled for easier transport and handling into constrained spaces.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet assembly comprises a top panel assembly, bottom panel assembly, two knock-down solid sides and four punched combo rails, plus two black plastic handles and the 1/4-20 and M6 hardware needed to put it together. A self-squaring design keeps assembly simple, and PVC non-marking feet with lifting handles help with placement and surface protection.

Overall dimensions are 12.50 in x 21.00 in x 31.50 in (318 mm x 533 mm x 800 mm), with 6U of usable mounting height (10.50 in / 267 mm), 19.00 in (483 mm) usable mounting width and 30.25 in (768 mm) usable mounting depth. The front opening measures 17.81 in (452 mm) wide with a 18.35 in (466 mm) 19-inch mounting reference, and the 6U panel space is 10.56 in (268 mm).

Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole mounting rails are supplied, with a starter pack of 16 10-32 screws and clip nuts. Optional doors, additional rail pairs and caster kits are offered in the series. RCHS1901031BK1 is TAA compliant, made in Canada, USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliant, and classified EAR99.
