Hammond RCHS1901024BK1 6U Solid-Side Rack Cabinet, 24.5 in Deep

The RCHS1901024BK1 is a 6U rack cabinet with solid sides from the RCH knock-down series, built for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control panels, labs and small IT or network setups. It mounts standard 19-inch equipment and ships unassembled for easier transport and handling into constrained spaces.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel rated to 800 lb, finished in RAL9005 black textured powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet assembles from a top panel assembly, bottom panel assembly, two knock-down solid sides and four punched combo rails, using the supplied 1/4-20 hex slot bolts, spring nuts and M6 screws. Two black plastic lifting handles and PVC non-marking feet are part of the design, supporting mobility and surface protection.

Overall dimensions are 12.50 in (318 mm) high by 21.00 in (533 mm) wide by 24.50 in (622 mm) deep, with a 19-inch mounting width of 18.35 in (466 mm) and a front opening of 17.81 in (452 mm). Usable mounting space is 10.50 in (267 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 23.25 in (591 mm) deep, giving 6U of rack space. Shipping weight is 54 lbs (24.49 kg).

Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole mounting rails are included, along with a starter pack of 16 clip nuts and 10-32 screws. The self-squaring design keeps assembly quick with minimal hardware, and optional panels and doors let you configure RCHS1901024BK1 for the access and airflow your installation needs. The cabinet is TAA compliant and manufactured in Canada, with USMCA, REACH and RoHS compliance and ECCN EAR99. This product is not designed nor intended to be wall mounted.
