The NWC18U2436WNLG is an 18U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet with a window door, built for IT and industrial teams that need rack-mounted equipment protected from dust, dirt and dripping liquids. It is the "N" version of the NWC series: no climate control and no cutouts of any kind, so the enclosure ships as a fully solid, sealed cabinet. The finish is RAL7035 light gray powder coat.
Construction is 14-gauge welded steel (mild steel), UL2416 Type 12 rated to 350 lb (158 kg) and seismic rated to 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load at Ip = 1.5. Gasketed doors seal the enclosure, and the cabinet has been independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56 for protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets. A double-hinged design with concealed hinges gives access to equipment from both the front and the rear of the centre section for installation and servicing.
Overall dimensions are 42.27 in (1074 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with 32.00 in (813 mm) of usable mounting height across 18U and 30.00 in (762 mm) of usable depth with the swing-out function (26.55 in / 674 mm rail to rail). Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant 10-32 tapped mounting rails support 19 in equipment, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included. Power bar mounting locations let you add a PDU without consuming U space.
Dedicated bonding and grounding points, external mounting feet and a rear pan design support secure wall installation and cable entry. NWC18U2436WNLG is TAA-compliant, made in Canada, RoHS and REACH compliant, and meets PCI DSS compliance requirements. Shipping weight is 218 lbs (98.88 kg).
