The NWC27U2436SALG is a 27U sealed wall-mount equipment cabinet built for network and industrial gear that has to live in dusty, dirty or wet environments. It ships with a solid (non-windowed) door in RAL7035 Light Gray and includes a factory-supplied 900-1300 BTU DTS3021A115LG air conditioner with cord, shipped inside the cabinet, making it a complete climate-controlled enclosure for IT/AV integrators, OEM engineers and plant facilities teams.
Construction is 14-gauge welded mild steel with a powder coat finish (GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant). The double-hinged design with concealed hinges gives dual access to equipment for installation and service, while gasketed doors seal the enclosure against dust, dirt and dripping liquids. The cabinet is UL2416 Type 12 rated to a 350 lb (158 kg) load, independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56, and seismic rated to a 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5).

Two pairs of adjustable EIA-compliant, tapped 10-32 mounting rails accept standard 19 in rack equipment, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included.
External mounting feet and a rear pan design support secure wall installation and cable entry, and dedicated bonding and grounding points allow proper bonding of all cabinet components. The drawing also shows power bar mounting that does not consume rack U space. NWC27U2436SALG is TAA-compliant, manufactured in Canada, USMCA compliant, and meets PCI DSS compliance requirements.
