The NWC27U2436SABK is a 27U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet built for industrial and IT environments where equipment has to be sealed off from dust, dirt and dripping liquids. It is the "A" configuration of the NWC Series, so it ships with a factory-supplied 900-1300 BTU DTS3021A115LG air conditioner with cord (shipped inside the cabinet) and a solid door, finished in RAL9005 Black powder coat.
Construction is 14-gauge welded mild steel, UL2416 Type 12 rated to a 350 lb (158 kg) load and seismic rated to 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) per IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10. The enclosure is independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56 for protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets, with gasketed doors maintaining the seal. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant.
Overall dimensions are 58.02 in (1474 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with 27U of rack space giving 48.00 in (1219 mm) of usable mounting height and 30.00 in (762 mm) of usable depth using the swing-out function; maximum equipment depth is 26.55 in (674 mm).
Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant 10-32 tapped mounting rails accept standard 19 in equipment, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included. The double-hinged cabinet design provides dual access for installation and servicing, while dedicated bonding and grounding points, external mounting feet and a rear pan support secure wall installation and cable entry. NWC27U2436SABK is TAA-compliant, made in Canada, and meets PCI DSS compliance requirements.
