Hammond NWC18U2436WFLG 18U Filtered Type 12 Wall Cabinet, Window Door

The NWC18U2436WFLG is an 18U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet with a window door and factory-supplied Type 12 filters, built for network and industrial equipment that has to survive dust, dirt and dripping liquids. It suits industrial, manufacturing, automation and processing areas as well as edge computing and IDF deployments where a sealed, load-rated enclosure is required.

Construction is 14-gauge welded steel in a RAL7035 light gray powder coat finish (GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant). The double-hinged cabinet design gives dual access to equipment for installation and servicing, and the gasketed doors seal the enclosure against contaminants. Dedicated bonding and grounding points support proper electrical bonding of all cabinet components, while external mounting feet and the rear pan design support secure wall installation and cable entry.

Overall dimensions are 42.27 in (1074 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with 32.00 in (813 mm) of usable mounting height and 30.00 in (762 mm) of usable mounting depth using the swing-out function; rail-to-rail depth is 26.55 in (674 mm). Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant 10-32 tapped rails provide 19-inch rack mounting on 18.35 in (466 mm) centres, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included. The drawing also shows power bar mounting that does not consume U space.

As an "F" version, the NWC18U2436WFLG ships with rear and door exhaust filters (four 6-inch Type 12 filters, shipped inside the cabinet) that maintain the UL Type 12 rating and are compatible with the series fan kits. The cabinet is UL2416 Type 12 rated to 350 lb (158 kg), independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56, seismic rated to 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5), meets PCI DSS requirements and is TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America.
