The NWC18U2436WFBK is an 18U enclosed wall-mount cabinet with a window door and Type 12 filters, built for IT and industrial teams that need rack-mounted equipment protected from dust, dirt and dripping liquids. It is the "F" configuration of the NWC Series: rear and door filters are supplied (they ship inside the cabinet) and maintain the UL Type 12 rating, and they are compatible with the series fan kits when forced airflow is required.
Construction is 14-gauge welded mild steel, UL2416 Type 12 rated with a 350 lb (158 kg) load rating and seismic rated to 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) per IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10. The enclosure is independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56 for protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets. The finish is RAL9005 Black powder coat (GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant).
Overall dimensions are 42.27 in (1074 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with 32.00 in (813 mm) of usable mounting height and 30.00 in (762 mm) of usable equipment depth using the swing-out function. Rail-to-rail depth is 26.55 in (674 mm) and the 19 in mounting width is 18.35 in (466 mm).
Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant tapped 10-32 rails allow flexible equipment positioning, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included. The double-hinged design gives dual access for installation and service, and a power bar can be mounted without using 'U' space. Dedicated bonding and grounding points, external mounting feet and a rear pan for cable entry complete the NWC18U2436WFBK. It is TAA-compliant and manufactured in Canada.
