The NWC18U2436SNLG is an 18U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet built for network and industrial equipment that has to survive dust, dirt and dripping liquids. It is the "N" configuration, meaning it ships with no climate control and no cutouts of any kind — a fully solid, sealed enclosure with a solid (non-window) door finished in RAL7035 light gray powder coat.
Construction is 14-gauge welded mild steel, UL2416 Type 12 rated to a 350 lb (158 kg) load and seismic rated to a 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) per IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10. The cabinet has been independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56 for protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets, and gasketed doors maintain that seal. The double-hinged design (19" rack compatible) with concealed hinges gives dual access for installation and servicing.
Overall dimensions are 42.27 in (1074 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with 18U of usable mounting height (32.00 in / 813 mm) and 30.00 in (762 mm) of usable depth using the swing-out function. Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant tapped 10-32 mounting rails set equipment depth, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included. Rail-to-rail depth is 26.55 in (674 mm) and the 19" mounting width measures 18.35 in (466 mm).
