Hammond 1590ZGRP083PL 148.5x63 mm Galvanized Steel Inner Panel

The 1590ZGRP083PL is the inner mounting panel for the 1590ZGRP083, the 160 mm x 75 mm x 55 mm glass reinforced polyester enclosure. Its long, narrow format matches the enclosure's interior and gives builders a steel mounting surface for terminal rows, components or an elongated circuit board.

Made from 16 gauge galvanized steel, the panel is listed at 149 mm x 63 mm x 2 mm (5.85 in x 2.48 in x 0.06 in); the drawing dimensions it at 148.50 mm (5.85 in) by 63.00 mm (2.48 in) with a 1.61 mm (.06 in) thickness and 1.00 x 45° chamfered corners. Two 5.00 mm (.20 in) holes locate it on the enclosure's internal mounting shelf.

The panel comes with its mounting screws and washers. The drawing lists the copper plated M4-0.7 x 6 mm mounting screw (SCGM4), and the ordering table names SCGM4-50 as the extra panel screw pack for the 1590ZGRP083. Recommended panel screw torque is 45-50 cN-m (65-70 ozf-in).

Sold separately from the enclosure, the 1590ZGRP083PL ships in shrink wrap at 0.24 lbs (0.11 kg). It can be ordered with the enclosure or added later to an installed box.
