The 1590ZGRP081PL is the inner mounting panel for the 1590ZGRP081 fiberglass enclosure, and the series ordering table also specifies it for the taller 1590ZGRP084. It gives panel builders and OEM engineers a flat galvanized steel plate for mounting components or circuit boards inside these compact glass reinforced polyester boxes.
The panel is 16 gauge galvanized steel measuring 68 mm x 63 mm x 2 mm (2.68 in x 2.48 in x 0.06 in), with a drawing thickness of 1.61 mm (.06 in) and 1.00 x 45° chamfered corners. Two 5.00 mm (.20 in) holes line up with the enclosure's internal mounting shelf, which has molded-in nuts.
Panel mounting screws and washers are included. The drawing lists the copper plated M4-0.7 x 6 mm mounting screw (SCGM4), and the enclosure ordering table gives SCGM4-50 as the extra panel screw pack. Recommended panel screw torque is 45-50 cN-m (65-70 ozf-in).
