Hammond URR12U 12U Universal 10-32 Rack Rails, Sold in Pairs

The URR12U is a pair of 12U universal rack mount rails with 10-32 threaded mounting holes, made for OEM equipment manufacturers, system integrators and enclosure builders who need to add industry-standard rack mounting to a custom design. Use them to turn a custom housing, console, mobile rack, test fixture or communications cabinet into an EIA-310/TIA compliant rack-mount space.

Each rail is formed from heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel and finished in a black powder coat thin film, giving a durable mounting interface for custom rack equipment, electronic enclosures and industrial systems. A folded rear flange increases rigidity while providing additional mounting points for accessories, cable management or structural support, and the rack units are marked on the rail to simplify equipment installation and future expansion.

URR12U rails measure 21.00 in (533 mm) high with a 0.62 in (16 mm) mounting width and 1.50 in (38 mm) depth; the product-list nominal size is 21 in x 19 in x 1.5 in (533 mm x 483 mm x 38 mm) and shipping weight is 2.05 lbs (0.93 kg). The 12U hole pattern spans 20.50 in (521 mm) on typical 1.75 in (44 mm) EIA spacing, with #10-32 tapped holes for standard rack-mount equipment.
