The PMB5057KIT4 is the 15" pole mount kit for 1556 and 1557 enclosures in the 50-57mm size. Supplied with large stainless steel clamps, it lets installers mount a 1557D, 1557DA, 1556D or 1556DA to poles from 1.5in to 15in (3.8cm to 38.1cm) in diameter, or to square and rectangular shapes.
Each purchased kit includes 2 brackets, 2 clamps and hardware, all made from stainless steel. The compatible enclosures take #8 x 3/8" screws, driven with a #2 Phillips head through the brackets into the outer wall mount holes, with washers. Remember that the 1556 series is not designed for outdoor use.
Bracket drawing dimensions are 88.00 mm [3.46 in] long, 46.99 mm [1.85 in] wide and 43.38 mm [1.71 in] high, with 5.00 mm [.20 in] holes; the part page lists a size of 11 in x 5.5 in x 1 in (279 mm x 140 mm x 25 mm). Recommended hardware torque is 11.5-13.5 lbf-in (130-150 cN-m).
The clamps are tightened with a 5/16in (8mm) nut drive. Shipping weight is 0.8 lbs (0.36 kg), packed in a bag, and the kit is RoHS and REACH compliant. Replacement parts: SCPMB5-20 hardware and HCLAMP2 large clamps. For poles up to 7", see PMB5057KIT3.
