PMB110127KIT4 is the 15 in version of the 110–127 mm pole mount kit for 1556 and 1557 enclosures. Its large clamp (HCLAMP2) wraps poles from 1.5 in to 15 in (3.8 cm to 38.1 cm) in diameter, so the listed 1557H, 1557HA, 1557G, 1557GA, 1556H and 1556HA enclosures can be fixed to wide poles and columns. The drawing notes it can also be mounted to square or rectangular shapes.
All components are stainless steel, and the purchased kit includes 2 brackets, 2 clamps and hardware. For these enclosures the hardware is #8 self-tapping screws with washers, listed as screw type #8 x 3/8". The replacement pack SCPMB5-20 holds 20 #8 x 3/8" SHCS and 20 #10 flat washers.

To install, attach the brackets to the enclosure, thread each clamp through the desired slot, wrap it around the pole and back through the bracket, then hold the enclosure against the pole while tightening the clamps.
The bracket measures 157.00 mm [6.18 in] overall on the drawing. PMB110127KIT4 ships in a bag at 1.1 lbs (0.50 kg) and is RoHS and REACH compliant. The manufacturer notes that the 1556 series is not designed for outdoor use. For poles no larger than 7 in, the small-clamp PMB110127KIT3 is the alternative.
