Hammond PJ14126RLW 14x12x6 In Type 4X Window Cover Fiberglass Enclosure

The PJ14126RLW is the 14 x 12 x 6 PJ enclosure fitted with a raised window cover. The ordering table sizes it at 14.13 x 12.26 x 6.13 in (359 x 311 x 156 mm), and the bonded polycarbonate window lets meters, gauges or indicators be checked while the enclosure stays closed and sealed.

The series is designed for instrument enclosures, electrical junction boxes, terminal wiring and control housings where equipment may be hosed down or very wet, or where high temperatures or corrosive conditions are present. Both box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester, gray, UV inhibited for outdoor use, and easily punched, cut or drilled.

Optional inner panels are offered in white powder coated steel, unfinished aluminum or fiberglass. The enclosure operates between 130°C and -40°C (266°F to -40°F) and has an impact index of 6.78 J (5 ft/lb).

The PJ14126RLW holds UL 508A Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and cUL per CSA 22.2 No. 94 ratings, and complies with NEMA Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66. It is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships at 9 lbs (4.08 kg).
