The panel is formed from 14-gauge mild steel (0.072 in) with a smooth powder coat finish for a clean, professional appearance. The solid, unvented face blocks airflow gaps so cooled supply air is not able to recirculate through empty rack units, supporting proper front-to-rear cooling and thermal management strategies in high-density installations.
