Hammond HWCSD2418UBK 18U Solid Locking Door for 24in Wall Cabinets

The HWCSD2418UBK is an 18U solid locking door sized for 24 in wide HWC Series wall-mount cabinets. It is intended for IT, AV and facilities installers who need to close in and secure a wall cabinet holding switches, patch panels or edge equipment in a corridor, classroom, retail back room or light industrial space.

Construction is 16-gauge steel, finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The solid panel is the no-vent, no-window option in the HWCD door family, which also offers 64% airflow vented and tinted acrylic window styles in the same 18U/24 in size.

Nominal size is 35 in x 24 in x 1.34 in (889 mm x 610 mm x 34 mm) with a shipping weight of 14 lbs (6.35 kg). The drawing for HWCSD2418UBK shows a door panel measuring 34.50 in (876 mm) high by 23.69 in (602 mm) wide with a 0.84 in (21 mm) profile depth.

Hinge components and latch hardware ship loose for field assembly. A snap-latch lock and two keys are included for basic access control.
