Hammond HWCSD2412UBK 12U Solid Locking Door for 24in Wall Cabinet

HWCSD2412UBK is a 12U solid front door built exclusively for the Hammond HWC Series wall mount cabinet in the 24 in wide, 12U size. It is intended for IT and AV integrators, electricians and facilities teams who need to close off and lock a wall-mounted rack where no window or ventilation opening is wanted at the door.

The door is formed from 16-gauge steel in mild steel construction and finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. Overall size is 24 in x 24 in x 1.34 in (610 mm x 610 mm x 34 mm) and shipping weight is 14 lbs (6.35 kg), with the drawing showing a 24.00 in (610 mm) width and a 23.69 in (602 mm) dimension for the panel.

Hinges can be mounted on the left or right, so the door can be set to swing in whichever direction suits the wall location and adjacent obstructions. HWCSD2412UBK ships with door mounting hardware, a snap-latch lock and two keys; hinge components and latch hardware are shipped loose for field assembly. The bill of materials also includes right- and left-hand surface door hinges, two hinge cover plates, two stick-on rubber bumper feet, four #10-24 x 3/8 thread cutting screws, a draw latch and a latch striker.

The door is TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, USMCA compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant, classified EAR99 and manufactured in North America (country of origin CA).
