Hammond HWC3027UTR 27U 10-32 Tapped Mounting Rail Pair, 30in Wide

HWC3027UTR is a pair of additional 10-32 tapped mounting rails sized for 27U, 30-inch wide HWC Series swing-out wall-mount rack cabinets. It is intended for IT, AV and telecom installers who need a second set of rack rails inside an existing HWC cabinet, or who are replacing rails to suit different equipment mounting requirements.

The rails are fabricated from mild steel with a black painted thin-film finish and ship as a pair (two rails per part number). Each rail is drilled and tapped 10-32 on typical E.I.A. spacing across 46.75 in (1187 mm) of usable rack height, equal to 27 rack units, with a 19-inch mounting width of 18.35 in (466 mm) and an overall length of 47.25 in (1200 mm).

Integrated features support cable and accessory management: two cutouts allow 1U 19-inch accessories such as cable management or power distribution to be mounted, a square-hole cutout accepts cage nuts, and a cable pass-through is provided for routing. Because HWC rails are field-replaceable, HWC3027UTR can also be used in place of the square-hole rail option (HWC3027USR) when tapped 10-32 mounting is preferred.
