Hammond HWCFD3012UBK 12U 30-Inch Positive Pressure Fan Filter Door

The HWCFD3012UBK is a 12U positive pressure filter fan door made exclusively for use with Hammond HWC Series wall mount cabinets in the 30 in wide, 12U size. It is intended for IT, AV and facilities teams who need to add locking front access plus forced-air, filtered cooling to a wall-mounted network enclosure. The fan door accepts the HWCF wall rack cabinet sealing and filter kit, which is sold separately.

Construction is 16-gauge steel finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The door measures 24 in x 30 in x 0.84 in (610 mm x 762 mm x 21 mm), with the drawing showing a 29.69 in (754 mm) overall width and 24.00 in (610 mm) height, and a 0.84 in (21 mm) depth profile. The material is mild steel.

HWCFD3012UBK ships with door mounting hardware and both right-hand and left-hand surface door hinges, so the door can be hinged on the left or right to suit the installation. Hinge components and latch hardware are shipped loose. The assembly also includes two hinge cover plates, four #10-24 x 3/8 thread cutting screws, two stick-on rubber bumper feet, a draw latch and latch striker, a door latch bracket with two self-tapping screws, four 4.7 in fan guard and cord kits and four 120 mm black filter grills. A snap-latch lock and two keys are included.
