Hammond DNFF254BK230 254mm 550 CFM Filtered Fan Kit, 230 VAC

The DNFF254BK230 is a hard-wired filtered cooling fan kit from the DNFF Series, built for industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems that need active airflow without drawing in dust. It pairs a 254 mm (10.00 in) AC fan rated 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.14 A with a black flame-retardant ABS filter grille and an IP5X-rated replaceable filter, delivering 465/550 CFM free-flow air delivery at 60 dB.

Both the front screen and the back panel are ABS plastic, and the black grille colour is intended to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures. The kit ships complete: fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, a 24 inch cord (shown on the drawing as a 2 ft wire lead) and mounting hardware consisting of twelve 10-32 x 1/2 in panhead self-tapping screws, eight black #10-32 x 1/2 in panhead screws, eight #10 flat washers and eight #10-32 serrated nuts.

The assembly measures 305.00 mm [12.008 in] square with a 119.30 mm [4.697 in] side profile, and installs into a 279.40 mm [11.000 in] square plate cutout with eight 6.35 mm [0.250 in] mounting holes. Because DNFF254BK230 is a hard-wired unit rather than a plug-in fan, it suits control panels, OEM equipment and permanently installed assemblies, and it can be run continuously or switched through an external thermostat.

Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and the product is RoHS and REACH compliant. For routine maintenance, PFF6000 standard filter media and PLFF6000 pleated filter media are available in packages of five; XPFA Series exhaust filter grilles can be paired with the fan for balanced enclosure ventilation.
