Hammond DNFF150LG115 150 mm 230 CFM Filtered Fan Kit, 115 VAC

The DNFF150LG115 is a hard-wired AC filter fan kit built around a 6.00 in (152 mm) fan with a light gray ABS filter grille. It is intended for OEM engineers, panel builders, industrial automation teams and IT/AV integrators who need active, filtered cooling inside control panels, electrical enclosures and networking cabinets. Rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.24 A, it delivers 230 CFM of free-flow air delivery at 53 dB.

The kit pairs a high-quality AC fan with an IP5X-rated replaceable filter so airflow entering the enclosure is filtered, helping reduce dust and airborne contaminants that shorten the life of sensitive electronics. The front screen and back panel are ABS plastic, and the series grille material is flame-retardant ABS, offered in Black, ANSI 61 Gray and RAL 7035 Light Gray to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures; this part number is the Light Gray version.

Because DNFF150LG115 uses 12 inch wire leads rather than a line cord plug, it suits permanently installed equipment where a standard AC plug is not desired, and it can be wired with or without an external thermostat. The kit is supplied complete with the fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, wiring leads and mounting hardware: two panhead Taptite 10-32 x 1/2 in screws, two flathead #10-32 x 1/2 in screws, two flathead Taptite #10-32 x 1/2 in screws and two #10-32 locktooth nuts.

The assembly measures 196.00 mm [7.717 in] square at the front and installs into a 143.00 mm [5.630 in] diameter plate cutout with four 6.35 mm [0.250 in] mounting holes on 114.55 mm [4.510 in] centres. Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and the product is RoHS and REACH compliant. PFF4000 standard filter media and PLFF4000 pleated filter media (packs of 5) are available for routine maintenance.
