Hammond DNFF150GY115 150 mm 230 CFM Filter Fan Kit, 115 VAC Gray

DNFF150GY115 is a hard-wired filter fan kit that pulls cooled, filtered air into industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems. It pairs a 6.00 in (152 mm) AC fan rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.24 A with an IP5X-rated replaceable filter, delivering 230 CFM of free flow air delivery at a measured noise level of 53 dB. The filter grille is supplied in ANSI 61 Gray to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures.

The front screen and back panel are ABS plastic, and the DNFF Series uses a flame-retardant ABS filter grille. The kit is complete for installation: fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, 12-inch wire leads and mounting hardware. Hardware supplied with DNFF150GY115 includes two 10-32 x 1/2 in panhead Taptite screws, two #10-32 x 1/2 in flathead screws, two #10-32 x 1/2 in flathead Taptite screws and two #10-32 locktooth nuts.

Assembled overall face dimensions are 196.00 mm [7.717 in] square, with a side dimension of 154.83 mm [6.096 in]. The plate cutout is a 143.00 mm [5.630 in] diameter opening with four 6.35 mm [0.250 in] mounting holes on 114.55 mm [4.510 in] centres (57.28 mm [2.255 in] from centre). Shipping weight is 3.5 lbs (1.59 kg).

Because it terminates in wire leads rather than a plug, this kit suits OEM equipment, control panels and permanently installed assemblies, and it can be used with or without an external thermostat. Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and the product is RoHS and REACH compliant. Replacement filter media is available separately as PFF4000 (standard) or PLFF4000 (pleated), each in packs of five; XPFA exhaust filter grilles can be added for balanced enclosure ventilation.
