Hammond DNFF150LG230 150 mm 230 VAC Filtered Fan Kit, Light Gray

The DNFF150LG230 is a 150 mm filtered cooling fan kit rated 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.15 Amps, supplied with a light gray filter grille. It is intended for OEM engineers, panel builders, integrators and facilities teams who need to move clean air through industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems while helping keep dust and airborne contaminants out. The hard-wired design, with 12 inch wire leads, suits industrial control panels and permanently installed equipment where a standard AC plug is not desired, and it can be used with or without an external thermostat.

Construction uses ABS plastic for both the front screen and the back panel, and the DNFF Series filter grille is flame-retardant ABS. Each kit is complete: fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, wiring leads or cord (model dependent) and mounting hardware. For this part the hardware pack contains two panhead Taptite 10-32 x 1/2" screws, two flathead #10-32 x 1/2" screws, two flathead Taptite #10-32 x 1/2" screws and two #10-32 locktooth nuts. The IP5X-rated filter media is replaceable, with PFF4000 standard media and PLFF4000 pleated media available in packages of five.

The assembly measures 196.00 mm [7.717 in] square at the front, with a fan size of 6.00 in (152 mm). Free flow air delivery is 190/230 CFM, with a noise rating of 53 dB from the series ordering table. Installation is into a 114.55 mm [4.510 in] square plate cutout using four Ø6.35 mm [0.250 in] holes on a Ø143.00 mm [5.630 in] pattern; the sample plate shown on the drawing is not included.

Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113. DNFF150LG230 is RoHS and REACH compliant.
