Hammond DNFF254GY230 254 mm 230 VAC Fan Kit, 550 CFM, ANSI 61 Gray

The DNFF254GY230 is a hard-wired filter fan kit built around a 10.00 in (254 mm) AC fan rated 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.14 Amps, with a free-flow air delivery of 465/550 CFM. It is intended for integrators, panel builders and OEM engineers who need active, filtered cooling inside industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems where a standard AC plug is not desired. The kit can be used with or without an external thermostat.

Air enters through a flame-retardant ABS filter grille finished in ANSI 61 Gray to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures; both the front screen and back panel are ABS plastic. The IP5X-rated filter media helps reduce dust and airborne contaminants reaching sensitive electronics, and replacement media is available separately as PFF6000 standard filter media or PLFF6000 pleated filter media (each sold in packages of 5).

The assembly measures 305.00 mm [12.008 in] square at the grille with an overall depth of 119.30 mm [4.697 in]; the grille section is 25.53 mm [1.005 in]. The rear opening pattern uses diameters of 253.50 mm [9.980 in], 245.50 mm [9.665 in] and 233.36 mm [9.188 in] with 8 x 6.35 mm [0.250 in] holes. The required plate cutout is 279.40 mm [11.000 in] square with 139.70 mm [5.500 in] mounting centres at 45 degrees.

• Included hardware: 12 panhead self-tapping 10-32 x 1/2" screws, 8 black panhead #10-32 x 1/2" screws, 8 #10 flat washers and 8 #10-32 serrated nuts.
• Wiring: 24 inch cord / 2 ft wire lead for hard-wired connection.

Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113. DNFF254GY230 is RoHS and REACH compliant, TAA compliant, and rated at 60 dB noise.
