Hammond DNFF254LG115 550 CFM 254 mm Filter Fan Kit, 115 VAC Light Gray

The DNFF254LG115 is a hard-wired AC filter fan kit that pulls cool, filtered air into industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems. It is the largest airflow option in the DNFF Series, using a 10.00 in (254 mm) fan rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.29 A for 550 CFM of free-flow air delivery, with a noise rating of 60 dB. The filter grille is supplied in Light Gray to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures.

Front screen and back panel are ABS plastic, and the series uses a flame-retardant ABS filter grille with an IP5X-rated replaceable filter element that helps reduce dust and airborne contaminants reaching sensitive electronics. The complete kit includes the fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, wiring leads or cord (model dependent) and mounting hardware, so no separate accessory order is needed to install it.

The assembly measures 305.00 mm [12.008 in] square as viewed from the front, with a side profile of 119.30 mm [4.697 in]. It mounts to a 279.40 x 279.40 mm [11.000 x 11.000 in] hole pattern with 16 x 6.35 mm [0.250 in] holes, and hardware supplied covers 12 panhead self-tapping 10-32 x 1/2" screws, 8 black panhead #10-32 x 1/2" screws, 8 #10 flat washers and 8 #10-32 serrated nuts. The sample plate shown in the drawing is not included.

Because DNFF254LG115 is hard-wired rather than plug-connected, it suits OEM equipment, control panels and permanently installed machinery, and it can be used with or without an external thermostat. Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant. Replacement media is available separately as PFF6000 standard filter media or PLFF6000 pleated filter media, each in packs of 5.
