Hammond DNDMS1922BK1 2U 22in Deep Solid Centered Rack Shelf, 200 lb

The DNDMS1922BK1 is a 2U solid centered rack shelf built to support non-rackmount equipment in 19in 2-post rack systems. It is aimed at IT and telecom teams, AV integrators and industrial control installers who need a stable platform for servers, UPS units, network devices and other gear that has no rack ears of its own.

The shelf is formed from 16-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Front and rear flanges are formed for added strength and act as equipment retainers to help prevent gear from shifting on the shelf surface. The centered mounting design positions the load between the front and rear rails so weight is distributed more evenly than with front-only mounted shelves, improving stability in open frame racks.

Overall dimensions are 3.50 in (89 mm) high by 22.00 in (559 mm) deep with a 19.00 in (483 mm) mounting width, occupying 2U of rack space. The shelf carries a maximum load rating of 200 lb (91 kg) and ships at 12 lbs (5.44 kg). Mounting is via eight 0.25 x 0.44 in slots in the mounting flanges; mounting hardware is not supplied with the shelf, so rack hardware should be ordered separately.

DNDMS1922BK1 is manufactured in Canada in an ISO 9001 certified facility and is TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS compliant and REACH compliant, making it suitable for projects with domestic-preference or environmental procurement requirements. The 22in depth is one of several depths offered in the DNDM Series, allowing the shelf depth to be matched to the equipment being supported.
