Hammond CCR77TZPL 44U 10-32 Tapped Rack Rail for REFK Cabinets

The CCR77TZPL is a 44U rack mount rail with 10-32 tapped holes, supplied for use with REFK cabinets. It is part of the CCR Series of factory replacement and expansion rails, letting integrators, OEM engineers and facilities teams replace a damaged rail, add mounting positions, or reconfigure an existing cabinet for standard 19-inch rack equipment.

Construction is heavy-duty 10-gauge mild steel with a zinc plated finish, giving a rigid mounting platform for servers, networking gear, industrial controls and AV equipment while providing corrosion resistance and improved electrical grounding continuity through the cabinet. The front face carries stamped numbered "U" markings, and precision 1U rack unit markings simplify equipment installation, alignment and future expansion.

Overall dimensions are 77.00 in (1956 mm) high, 0.86 in (22 mm) wide and 2.45 in (62 mm) deep, with 76.50 in (1943 mm) of EIA spacing across 44 rack units. Shipping weight is 22 lbs (9.98 kg).

Unlike a conventional rack rail, the CCR Series uses a combination rail profile that provides front rack mounting while also allowing compatible accessories to mount directly to the side of the rail — useful for shelves, cable management and specialty accessories. Note that combination rails may conflict with rack slides because of the accessory rail.
