Hammond CCR56TZPL 32U 10-32 Tapped Combination Rack Rails

The CCR56TZPL is a 32U pair of tapped 10-32 combination rack mount rails engineered as factory replacement and expansion rails for Hammond C2 modular cabinet systems and REFK rack cabinets. It suits IT and AV integrators, industrial controls builders, telecom facilities and OEM engineers who need to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or convert a cabinet between threaded and square-hole mounting styles.

Rails are built from heavy-duty 10-gauge mild steel for a rigid mounting platform for servers, networking equipment, industrial controls, AV equipment and other rack-mounted devices. The zinc plated finish provides corrosion resistance while improving electrical grounding continuity throughout the cabinet. Stamped numbered 1U "U" markings on the front face simplify equipment installation, alignment and future expansion.

Each rail measures 56.00 in (1422 mm) high by 0.86 in (22 mm) wide by 2.45 in (62 mm) deep, providing 32U of mounting space with 55.50 in (1410 mm) of EIA spacing and EIA-310 compliant 10-32 threaded holes to support standard 19-inch rack equipment. Shipping weight for the pair is 16 lbs (7.26 kg).

Unlike conventional rack rails, the CCR56TZPL uses a combination rail profile that supports front rack mounting while also allowing compatible accessories to mount directly to the side of the rail, expanding possibilities for shelves, cable management and specialty accessories. Note that combination rails may conflict with rack slides due to the accessory rail. The rails install vertically using the included strut mounting hardware; rack mounting hardware is sold separately.

CCR56TZPL is manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility, is TAA-compliant, USMCA compliant, and RoHS and REACH compliant. A square-hole L-rail version of the same height is offered as CPR56SZPL.
