Hammond CCR49TZPL 28U Tapped 10-32 Combination Rack Rails, Pair

The CCR49TZPL is a pair of 28U tapped 10-32 combination rack mount rails engineered as factory replacement and expansion rails for Hammond C2 and REFK cabinet systems. It suits IT and telecom installers, industrial controls builders, OEM engineers and facilities teams who need to replace a damaged rail, add mounting positions, or convert a cabinet to 10-32 threaded mounting.

Each rail is formed from heavy-duty 10-gauge mild steel with a zinc plated finish that resists corrosion and improves electrical grounding continuity throughout the cabinet. The combination rail profile provides conventional front rack mounting while also allowing compatible accessories to mount directly to the side of the rail, which expands options for shelves, cable management and specialty accessories. Note that combination rails may conflict with rack slides because of the accessory rail.

Overall dimensions of the CCR49TZPL rail are 49.00 in (1245 mm) high, 0.86 in (22 mm) wide and 2.45 in (62 mm) deep, providing 28U of usable mounting with 48.50 in (1232 mm) of EIA spacing. The front face carries stamped numbered "U" markings to simplify equipment alignment and future expansion. Mounting holes are EIA-310 compliant 10-32 tapped.

The rails install vertically using the included strut mounting hardware; rack mounting hardware for equipment is sold separately. CCR49TZPL is sold in pairs, ships at 14 lbs (6.35 kg), and is manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility. It is TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS compliant and REACH compliant.
