Hammond CCR85TZPL 49U Tapped 10-32 Combination Rack Rail Pair

The CCR85TZPL is a 49U pair of tapped 10-32 combination rack rails from the CCR Series, engineered as factory replacement and expansion rails for Hammond C2 modular cabinet systems and REFK rack cabinets. It suits IT and telecom facilities, industrial automation builders, test and measurement labs and OEM integrators who need to restore damaged rails, add mounting positions, or convert a cabinet to 10-32 threaded mounting.

Construction is heavy-duty 10-gauge mild steel with a zinc plated finish, which provides corrosion resistance while improving electrical grounding continuity through the cabinet. Each rail carries EIA-310 compliant 10-32 threaded holes and stamped numbered "U" markings on the front face, so equipment can be aligned and future expansion planned without measuring.

Each rail in the CCR85TZPL pair measures 85.75 in (2178 mm) high, 0.86 in (22 mm) wide and 2.45 in (62 mm) deep, with 85.25 in (2165 mm) of EIA hole spacing to provide 49 rack units of usable mounting. Shipping weight for the pair is 25 lbs (11.34 kg).

Unlike a conventional flat rack rail, this is a combination profile: it provides front rack mounting for standard 19-inch equipment while also allowing compatible accessories such as shelves, cable management and specialty hardware to mount directly to the side of the rail. Note that combination rails may conflict with rack slides because of the accessory rail. The rails install vertically using the included strut mounting hardware; rack mounting hardware is sold separately.
