Hammond 2CLB266018 60" Two-Door Single Access Console Base

For the widest operator stations in the Series 2000 Modular Console System, the 2CLB266018 provides a 60 inch single access base. Integrators and OEM panel shops use bases like this to carry panel mounted or rack mounted equipment beneath consoles built from further bases, terminals, desks or turrets.

Two outside hinged doors close the front. The drawing gives an overall door width of 59.75 in, a door height of 25.50 in and a 57.42 x 23.42 in door opening, with clear space available on the doors of 27.12 in and 24.63 in wide by 23.56 in high. The doors are secured by slotted quarter turn oil-tight latches, and tamper resistant or locking latches are optional.

The enclosure measures 26.00 in H x 60.00 in W x 17.30 in D (660 x 1524 x 439 mm) with an 18.01 in inside depth. Body and doors are formed 14 gauge steel, continuously welded, stiffened where required and finished in RAL 7035 light gray textured powder coating. The sides and back are solid, the top is open and the closed bottom has a removable access panel with a gland plate installed from inside.

Standards listed for the base include UL 508A Type 3R, 4, 12, CSA Type 3R, 4, 12, 13, NEMA Type 3R, 4, 12, IEC 60529 IP66 and EIA RS-310-E. The 2CLB266018 ships on a skid at 155 lbs (70.31 kg).
