Hammond 1590ZGRP121PL 108x107 mm Galvanized Steel Inner Mounting Panel

The 1590ZGRP121PL is the inner mounting panel for the 1590ZGRP121, the 122 mm x 120 mm x 90 mm glass reinforced polyester enclosure. The near-square steel plate gives panel builders and OEM engineers a solid mounting surface for components or circuit boards inside the enclosure.

The panel is 16 gauge galvanized steel measuring 108 mm x 107 mm x 2 mm (4.25 in x 4.21 in x 0.06 in), with a drawing thickness of 1.61 mm (.06 in) and 1.00 x 45° chamfered corners. It has six 7.00 mm (.28 in) holes, and it mounts onto the molded-in nuts of the enclosure's internal shelf.

Unlike the smaller 1590ZGRP panels, this one uses M6 hardware: the drawing lists the copper plated M6-1.0 x 6 mm mounting screw (SCGM6GRP), and the ordering table gives SCGM6GRP-20 as the extra panel screw pack. Panel mounting screws and washers are included, and the recommended panel screw torque is 45-50 cN-m (65-70 ozf-in).
