The 1590ZGRP123BK stretches the 120 mm-wide body of this series to 220 mm long, giving room for elongated PC boards or inner-panel assemblies that need a sealed, impact-resistant housing. It is molded from black glass reinforced polyester with a heavy duty thick wall and smooth finish.
Assembled, the box is 220 mm long, 120 mm wide and 90 mm deep, with a 65 mm enclosure body and a 25 mm lid. Inside, the drawing shows about 210.49 x 110.39 mm with 80.60 mm of height. The molded internal shelf accepts a PC board up to 205 x 104.6 mm or the 1590ZGRP123PL steel inner panel, sold separately, and takes M6x1 screws.
Sealing comes from a gasketed lid with two piece tongue and groove construction and a silicone sponge gasket. Four self-captivated stainless steel cover screws are included; tighten them to 13.3-17.7 lbf.in (150-200 cN.m). Through holes outside the gasket channel make wall mounting straightforward.
Ratings: IP66; NEMA 1, 4, 4X, 12 & 13; certified to NEMA 4, 4X per UL 508A; cUL & UL listed under file E65324; UL94 V-0; IK09 impact per IEC 62208 and IEC 62262; recommended operating temperature -40°C to +100°C. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships shrink wrapped at 2.35 lbs (1.07 kg).
