Hammond 1555FFPL 108x76mm Galvanized Steel Enclosure Inner Panel

The 1555FFPL is the inner panel for the F size 1555F Series enclosures: 1555FF17GY, 1555F2F17GY, 1555FF42GY and 1555F2F42GY. It gives installers a rigid metal mounting plate for components inside these 120 x 90 mm enclosures.

Hammond lists the material as steel and describes it as a galvanized steel inner panel for 1555FF enclosures. Per the drawing it is 1.63 mm thick with R10.00 mm corners and 3.57 mm mounting holes.

The panel measures 4.25 x 2.99 x 0.06 in (108 x 76 x 2 mm), in line with the 76 x 108 mm maximum PC board size listed for the F size enclosures. It fastens to the standoffs molded into the enclosure, which are designed for #4 x 1/4 in self-tapping screws (1555TS100). The enclosures it fits are 4.72 x 3.54 in (120 x 90 mm) without flanges, in 38 mm and 63 mm heights.

The 1555FFPL is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships shrink wrapped at 0.24 lbs (0.11 kg). The F size enclosure drawings list it among the accessories alongside the 1554FGASKET silicone replacement gasket pair, the 1555TS100 self-tapping screws and SC576-50 stainless steel cover screws.
