The 1555FF42GY is the deeper 120 x 90 mm ABS enclosure in the 1555F Series, with a 63 mm body height for relays, terminals or taller boards. Its flanged base is designed for wall mounting, giving panel builders and OEMs a sealed indoor housing that is easy to fix in place.
Construction is general purpose ABS rated UL94-HB, finished in satin RAL7035 grey. The ABS version is not UL listed but has been tested to and meets IP66, and it carries an IK07 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021. Recommended operating temperature is -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F).
The series ordering table gives 4.72 x 3.54 x 2.48 in (120 x 90 x 63 mm) without flanges; the part page lists 119 x 91 x 62 mm. The drawing shows a 62.51 mm assembly height, 160.79 mm overall across the flanges, a 42.50 mm inner base depth and a 12.00 mm inner lid depth. DIN rail tabs are molded into the lid, and standoffs for #4 x 1/4 in self-tapping screws (1555TS100) accept a PC board up to 76 x 108 mm or the 1555FFPL inner panel.
The 1555FF42GY ships with its box, flanged lid, four M4 stainless steel cover screws that thread into corrosion resistant inserts, and a loose preformed silicone gasket; 2.5 lbf-in (30 cN-m) is the recommended cover screw torque. It is RoHS and REACH compliant and weighs 0.47 lbs (0.21 kg) shrink wrapped.
