Hammond 1555F2F42GY 120x90x63mm Polycarbonate Flanged NEMA 4X Enclosure

The 1555F2F42GY is the 63 mm deep, 120 x 90 mm polycarbonate enclosure in the 1555F Series. The extra height over the 38 mm version gives space for taller components, terminal blocks or DIN rail devices, while the flanged base mounts straight to a wall in outdoor or harsh industrial locations.

Material is UV stabilized polycarbonate with a UL94-5VA rating, cUL and UL 508A listed under file E65324. The enclosure has been independently tested to IP66, IP67 and IP68 and to NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, and it carries an IK08 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021. Recommended operating temperature is -40°C to +110°C (-40°F to +230°F).

The ordering table lists 4.72 x 3.54 x 2.48 in (120 x 90 x 63 mm) without flanges; the part page gives 119 x 91 x 62 mm, and the drawing shows a 62.51 mm assembly height and 160.79 mm overall across the flanges. The base is 42.50 mm deep inside and the lid 12.00 mm. DIN rail tabs are molded into the lid, and standoffs for #4 x 1/4 in self-tapping screws (1555TS100) accept a PC board up to 76 x 108 mm or the 1555FFPL steel inner panel.

The 1555F2F42GY ships with the box, flanged lid, four M4 stainless steel cover screws in corrosion resistant inserts and a loose silicone gasket; recommended torque is 2.5 lbf-in (30 cN-m). It is RoHS and REACH compliant, light grey RAL7035, and weighs 0.47 lbs (0.21 kg).
