The 1555FF17GY is a 120 x 90 mm low-profile ABS enclosure from the 1555F Series for indoor equipment that benefits from a gasketed, wall-mounted housing. The flanged base fastens directly to a surface, and the smooth recessed lid area takes a membrane keypad or label.
The box is general purpose ABS with a UL94-HB flammability rating in satin RAL7035 grey. It is not UL listed but has been tested to and meets IP66, with an IK07 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021. Recommended operating temperature is -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F).
Without flanges it measures 4.72 x 3.54 x 1.50 in (120 x 90 x 38 mm); the part page lists 119 x 91 x 37 mm, and the drawing shows 160.79 mm overall across the flanges and a 37.71 mm assembly height. Inside, the base is 17.70 mm deep and the lid 12.00 mm. The lid includes molded DIN rail tabs, and standoffs for #4 x 1/4 in self-tapping screws (1555TS100) hold a PC board up to 76 x 108 mm or the optional 1555FFPL steel inner panel.
A one-piece silicone gasket, supplied loose, seals the tongue and groove joint, and four included M4 stainless screws fasten into corrosion resistant inserts behind the lid (2.5 lbf-in / 30 cN-m recommended). The 1555FF17GY is RoHS and REACH compliant and weighs 0.38 lbs (0.17 kg).
