Hammond 1555EFPL 78x78mm Galvanized Steel Enclosure Inner Panel

The 1555EFPL is a square steel inner panel for the E size enclosures in the 1555F Series: 1555EF17GY, 1555E2F17GY, 1555EF42GY and 1555E2F42GY. It provides a flat metal plate for mounting terminals, relays or other hardware inside the enclosure, suited to integrators and OEM builders.

Hammond lists the material as steel and describes the part as a galvanized steel inner panel for 1555EF enclosures. The drawing shows a 1.63 mm [0.064 in] thickness, R8.00 mm corners and 3.57 mm mounting holes.

The 1555EFPL measures 3.07 x 3.07 x 0.06 in (78 x 78 x 2 mm), matching the 78 x 78 mm maximum PC board size of the E size enclosures. It fastens to the standoffs molded into the enclosure, which accept #4 x 1/4 in self-tapping screws (1555TS100). The matching enclosures are 3.54 x 3.54 in (90 x 90 mm) without flanges, in 38 mm and 63 mm heights.

The panel is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships shrink wrapped at 0.13 lbs (0.06 kg).
