The 1554MPB1A is the deeper single-hole member of the 1554 PB family: a 90 mm cube whose lid accepts one 22.5 mm push button. Built on the 1554EE enclosure, it gives extra depth behind the operator compared with the 60 mm-deep 1554MPB1, which helps when a device has a longer body or needs wiring room. The 30.5 mm hole version is the 1554PB1A.
Enclosure dimensions are 3.54 in H x 3.54 in W x 3.54 in D with lid (90 x 90 x 90 mm); shipping weight is 0.35 lbs (0.16 kg). Four Ø4.00 mm mounting holes and the lid sit outside the gasket seal, so mounting does not compromise the sealed interior.
The body is light gray RAL 7035 polycarbonate rated UL94 5VA and suitable for outdoor use. Self-captivating M4 stainless steel machine screws thread into integral stainless steel bushings, compressing a preformed, high temperature U.L. listed silicone gasket that can be replaced. Internal DIN rail mounting tabs are molded into the base. Each assembly includes the box, lid, 4 cover screws and gasket; tighten the cover screws to 43-57 ozf-in (30-40 cN-m).
The series is rated IP66 and NEMA 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, the drawing shows the cUL US Listed mark (file E65324), and the polycarbonate version is UL 508A approved. It is RoHS and REACH compliant. Options include the 1554EPL steel inner panel and 1554FT mounting feet.
