The 1554L2GYCL combines a square gray RAL 7035 polycarbonate box with a clear polycarbonate lid, sized 4.13 x 4.13 x 2.36 in (105 x 105 x 60 mm). The see-through cover lets technicians check LEDs, gauges or labels without breaking the seal, making it a practical choice for field electronics and small control points.
The clear lid is rated UL94 V-0. Polycarbonate versions are UV stabilized for outdoor use, cUL and UL 508A listed under file E65324, and independently tested to IP66, IP67 and IP68 plus NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13; the part page lists IP68. The impact rating is IK08 per IEC 62262:2021, with a recommended range of -40°C to +110°C (-40°F to +230°F).
The lid seals through a two piece tongue and groove joint and a replaceable one piece silicone gasket shipped loose inside. Four included M4 stainless steel screws are self-captivating and thread into corrosion resistant bushings; torque them to 43-57 ozf-in (30-40 cN-m).
Inside, the 1554L2GYCL offers 97.36 x 93.35 x 53.70 mm of space, molded DIN rail tabs, vertical card guides for 1.5 mm boards and M3 brass inserts that accept #6 self-tapping screws. Boards up to 92.57 x 93 mm fit, or add the 1554LPL steel inner panel. Shipping weight is 0.44 lbs (0.20 kg); RoHS and REACH compliant.
