Hammond WRPS18UNF 18U Unfinished Aluminum Inner Mounting Panel

The WRPS18UNF is an 18U inner equipment panel that creates a solid, flat mounting surface for non-rackmount devices inside Hammond wall cabinets. It is intended for IT and network integrators, telecom and low-voltage installers, and industrial panel builders who need to secure DIN rail components, small network devices or cable management accessories inside a wall-mounted enclosure without consuming EIA rack rail space.

This version of the panel is unfinished aluminum, part of the WRP Series 14-gauge steel or aluminum construction that provides a durable mounting surface for non-rackmount equipment inside wall cabinets. The same 18U size is also offered in steel with a smooth RAL9003 white powder coat finish as WRPS18UWH; the WRPS18UNF is supplied with no finish applied.

Overall dimensions are 27.13 in x 16.19 in x 0.50 in (689 mm x 411 mm x 13 mm), matching an 18U cabinet. Rather than attaching to EIA-compliant rack rails, the panel secures to the rear mounting studs inside compatible Hammond wall cabinets, so rack-mounted equipment at the front is unaffected. A slotted corner design supports easier installation and alignment on the cabinet mounting studs, and mounting hardware is included.
