Hammond WRPS27UNF 27U Unfinished Aluminum Inner Mounting Panel

The WRPS27UNF is a 27U inner equipment panel that creates a solid, flat mounting surface for non-rackmount devices inside wall-mount rack cabinets. It is intended for IT and network integrators, telecom and low-voltage contractors, and industrial panel builders who need to secure DIN rail components, network devices or cable management accessories in a cabinet without consuming EIA rack rail space.

This version of the panel is supplied in unfinished aluminum (the same panel is also offered in RAL9003 white painted steel as WRPS27UWH). The WRP Series is built from 14-gauge steel or aluminum for a durable mounting surface, and a slotted corner design helps with installation and alignment on the cabinet's mounting studs. Rather than attaching to rack rails, the panel secures to the rear mounting studs inside compatible Hammond wall cabinets, so rack-mounted equipment at the front remains unaffected.

Overall dimensions are 42.88 in x 16.19 in x 0.50 in (1,089 mm x 411 mm x 13 mm), matching a 27U cabinet. The panel is compatible with the HWM, HWC, NWC and NWM wall cabinet series, and mounting hardware is included for installation. Panel mounting holes are provided at 0.44 in (11 mm) and 0.25 in (6 mm) diameters per the part drawing.

WRPS27UNF is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America (country of origin: CA) within an ISO 9001 certified facility. It is RoHS compliant, REACH compliant and USMCA compliant, with ECCN EAR99 and tariff code 8538.10.0000. As an unfinished aluminum panel, it suits applications where a bare metal surface is preferred; the steel version carries the RAL9003 white powder coat finish instead.
