Hammond WRPS27UWH 27U White Steel Inner Mounting Panel

The WRPS27UWH is a 27U steel inner panel that creates a solid, flat mounting surface for non-rackmount equipment inside wall-mounted cabinets. It is intended for IT and network integrators, telecom and low-voltage installers, and industrial panel builders who need somewhere to fasten DIN rail components, network devices, small IT equipment and cable management accessories without interfering with the cabinet's rack rails.

The panel is formed from 14-gauge steel and finished in a smooth RAL9003 white powder coat. That finish supports GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliance where applicable, and the same panel is offered in unfinished aluminum as WRPS27UNF if a bare metal surface suits the application better. Manufacturing takes place in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility, and the part is TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS compliant and REACH compliant.

Overall dimensions are 42.88 in (1,089 mm) high by 16.19 in (411 mm) wide by 0.50 in (13 mm) deep, matching the 27U cabinet size. A slotted corner design helps with alignment during installation, and the panel secures to the rear mounting studs inside compatible Hammond wall cabinets rather than to EIA-compliant rack rails. Mounting hardware is included.

WRPS27UWH is designed for the HWM, HWC, NWC and NWM wall cabinet series. By adding a secondary mounting surface behind rack-mounted gear, it helps optimize cabinet space, improve accessibility and keep equipment organized inside wall-mounted enclosures.
