Hammond WRPS12UNF 12U Unfinished Aluminum Inner Mounting Panel

The WRPS12UNF is a 12U inner mounting panel in unfinished aluminum, designed to create a solid mounting surface for non-rackmount equipment inside wall-mounted rack cabinets. It is aimed at IT and network integrators, telecom and low-voltage installers, and industrial panel builders who need to secure devices that have no rack ears or EIA mounting holes.

Part of the WRP Series, this panel is built from 14-gauge material for a durable mounting surface, and the aluminum version is supplied with no finish, making it a practical choice where a painted white steel panel is not required. A slotted corner design supports easier installation and alignment on the cabinet mounting studs, and mounting hardware is included.

Rather than attaching to EIA-compliant rack rails, WRPS12UNF secures to the rear mounting studs inside compatible Hammond wall cabinets, so DIN rail components, network devices, IT equipment and cable management accessories can be installed without interfering with the rack rails. That creates a secondary mounting surface behind rack-mounted equipment and helps optimize cabinet space, accessibility and equipment organization.

Overall dimensions are 16.63 in x 16.19 in x 0.50 in (422 mm x 411 mm x 13 mm), sized for the 12U cabinet position. The panel is compatible with the HWM, HWC, NWC and NWM wall cabinet series.
