The SKT011419NO-C is the Celsius-scale normally open (NO) thermostat in the SKT Series. It provides air temperature control and monitoring in cabinets and is used with fans and cooling units, or to switch signal transmitters in case of overheating. When rising temperature reaches the set point, the contact closes and the fan turns on.
It uses a thermostatic bi-metal sensor with a snap-action contact, adjustable from 0 to 60°C (30 to 140°F), with a switching difference of + or - 3 K (+ or - 4°F). The setting knob carries a blue imprint marking it as the NO version. The contact is rated 15A @ 120VAC, 10A @ 240VAC and 30W @ DC, and noise suppression is N according to VDE 0875.
The ordering table gives dimensions of 2.8 x 1.5 x 1.4 (height x width x depth). The gray housing is flame retardant UL94V0 plastic with IP20 protection. A 2 pole terminal takes AWG 14 (2.5 mm²) wire, and the included clip mounts the thermostat on 35 or 38 mm DIN rail.
The instructions specify installation by qualified staff in the upper part of the switch cabinet at the maximum possible distance from heat-creating components, with the ventilation slots left uncovered, and an operating test to confirm reliable function. The SKT011419NO-C has UL Recognized Component, cUL Recognized Component and CE approvals, is RoHS and REACH compliant, and ships at 0.1 lb (0.05 kg).
