Hammond SHV031139 200W Control Panel Heater Fan, 120 mm

The SHV031139 is the 200 W model in the SHV Series and the first to use the larger 120 mm (4.72 in) fan, which raises airflow to 63 CFM. It is meant for industrial and control panel enclosures that need larger heating capacity or forced air circulation to prevent condensation and temperature fluctuations where space is limited.

Heat comes from a cartridge heater in a die-cast aluminum heat sink. The included ball bearing axial fan (120 mm, 25 mm / 0.98 in deep) is required for safe operation and carries a durability rating of 30,000 hours at 68°F ambient. A built-in temperature limiter provides overheat protection, and the temperature maximum with fan is 250°F/120°C.

The SHV031139 operates on AC 120 V (series range AC 110-120 V, 50/60 Hz) with a 1.79 A operating current. Connections go to a 5 pole terminal for 14 AWG maximum, split into G/L1/N1 for the heater and L2/N2 for the fan.

Mounting is by clip onto 35 mm DIN rail (EN 60 715); the clip is included. The operating temperature range is -49 to 158 °F (-45 to 70 °C). Protection is IP44 and Protection Class 1 (tested for grounding at 1250 V), with UL Recognized Component, cUL Recognized Component and CE approvals. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, and the shipping weight is 2 lb (0.91 kg).
