Hammond SHV031149 300W Control Panel Heater Fan, 63 CFM

The SHV031149 is a 300 W heater fan from the SHV Series of control panel heaters. With its 120 mm fan and 63 CFM airflow, it is intended for industrial and control panel enclosures that require larger heating capacity or internal forced air circulation to prevent moisture buildup and temperature swings in a limited space.

The unit uses a cartridge heater in a die-cast aluminum heat sink. Its included 120 mm (4.72 in) ball bearing axial fan, 25 mm (0.98 in) deep, is required for safe operation and is rated for 30,000 hours at 68°F ambient. A built-in temperature limiter gives overheat protection, and the temperature maximum with fan is 320°F/160°C.

The SHV031149 operates on AC 120 V (series range AC 110-120 V, 50/60 Hz) and draws 2.62 A. A 5 pole terminal for 14 AWG maximum separates the heater connections (G/L1/N1) from the fan connections (L2/N2).

It installs by clip onto 35 mm DIN rail (EN 60 715), clip included, and is rated for -49 to 158 °F (-45 to 70 °C). The heater is IP44 and Protection Class 1 (tested for grounding at 1250 V), carries UL Recognized Component, cUL Recognized Component and CE approvals, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
