Hammond SDC246U36BK 6U Enclosed Wall Rack Cabinet, 24 x 36

The SDC246U36BK is a 6U multi-use wall-mount rack cabinet built to securely house 19-inch rack equipment where floor space is limited. It suits small network closets, retail and branch locations, telecom and low-voltage installations, office equipment storage, and edge or distributed network deployments that need a clean, organized and protected install.

Construction is 16-gauge steel for the frame, cover and doors, with 12-gauge rails carrying integrated rack unit markings. Static load ratings are up to 150 lb wall or ceiling mounted and 800 lb freestanding. The mild steel cabinet is finished in RAL9005 Black textured powder coat, a GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant low-emitting, corrosion-resistant finish suited to indoor environments.

Overall size is 12.72 in x 24 in x 36 in (323 mm x 610 mm x 914 mm), with usable mounting dimensions of 10.50 in high, 19.00 in wide and 34.00 in deep. Square-hole rails accept 10-32 cage nuts and set to a mounting depth from 21.34 in to 34.51 in. Shipping weight is 56 lbs (25.40 kg).

SDC246U36BK ships as an enclosure with installed removable cover, four mounting rails with hardware, two installed plastic handles, ten 10-32 screws and cage nuts, and installation instructions. Mounting hardware for the wall is not included. Optional 6U solid, vented, or cable entry/fan locking doors, conduit/fan cover panels, fan kits and caster kits are available.
